[THIN] 2003 queued errors

I have one farm that is running 2003 MFXPa FR3, when an admin logs into the
desktop we are getting queued errors popping up, usually Explorer.exe
faulting module ntdll.dll but I have also seen quicktime, IE, Outlook. Any
idea what could be causing these errors? I am not getting complaints from my
users but that doesn't mean they aren't getting program errors and not
telling me.
