[THIN] Re: 16-bit seamless app on Win2k

Does this program create a lock file? When we had this problem, the
users did not have permission on the Windows 2000 system to delete the
LCK file. We added a section to our BAT file that looks for and deletes
the LCK file. That solved this problem for us.
Hope this helps

Subject: [THIN] 16-bit seamless app on Win2k

Hi all,

I apologize if this subject has been beaten to death, but for the life
of me
I can't find any definitive solutions for this:

I've published a 16-bit in-house app on Win2000 SP3/Metaframe XP FR1
SP2.
I've got Windows XP SP1 and ICA Client 6.30.1050 (128-bit SSL) installed
on
2 pc's. Trying to launch it as a seamless app on one of my pc's, with
no
other seamless apps running, the app never appears. Citrix logs me in
to
the server, I see the login script run, then Citrix logs me out. Here's
the
kicker: on the other pc, it works every time!

On my NT 4 TS's I use RUNH to launch a bat file that in turn launches
the
app. However, the same setup doesn't work on my Win2k TS.

The pc with the problem is a Dell 410 (Pentium II) with Appian Jeronimo
dual
port video card. =20

Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bean
