It does not install that shortcut automatically any more, I don't think.
Find Jaws on your desktop.
Press alt-Enter for properties.
Tab once to the keyboard shortcut entry field and put in what you want for a
shortcut.
Hint: if you use more than one version of Jaws, you can use different keys.
Shift tab to Apply, press spacebar.
Then, tab to ok and press spacebar.
Test the shortcut to make sure it works.

I recently returned to using JAWS after strictly relying on System Access.
As I recall, the command Control-Alt-J would bring JAWS up.
However, this is no longer the case or I did something wrong during installation.
