We saw a small hawk on the ground in our back yard ( Hale Center, -- north of
Lubbock ) that I thoughtwas a shark-shinned hawk BUTSmall -- OKstreaked sides
-- OKBrownish back - ok
no sideburnsAND the breast was grayish, unmarked. ????
didn't get a good look when it flew but seemed NOT to have falcon-like wings.--
