They also renovated small building at the hatchery and put a lot of info and pictures of birds and local animals on the walls. The blind is down a path off a road to the left as you enter the hatchery. It has a nice pond with running water and several feeders. The renovated building if a little further up the road. They have plans to build another blind where a small creek runs into the Colorado River at the opposite end of the hatchery property. The finished blind should be a nice place to watch birds when the summer residents get here.
