Texas NEXRAD stations are pretty well blanketed with weather. The E half of the state has densely scattered showers with flash flooding in a few areas. Ahead of the rains in Louisiana birds are not too densely scattered along a Lake Charles-Ft. Polk and beyond axis. The low pressure area moving across the two states has not lived up to its reputation yet but may end up providing a last weekend of decent spring birding. John C.
