Texas NEXRAD stations are pretty well blanketed with weather. The E half of 
the state has densely scattered showers with flash flooding in a few areas. 
Ahead of the rains in Louisiana birds are not too densely scattered along a 
Lake Charles-Ft. Polk and beyond axis. The low pressure area moving across 
the two states has not lived up to its reputation yet but may end up 
providing a last weekend of decent spring birding.
