Troy, Robin and I are at the Donna Reservoir just now and have the long-tailed
duck on the far edge of the eastern part of the lake in a small raft. The surf
scoter is on the west end in the huge raft of ducks. Donna Resrvoir, Hidalgo
Co. Tx
