[texbirds] Windy Point Park this evening

Finally back from Colorado, I met up with Arman Moreno this evening to look
for Kenny Anderson's Royal Tern at Windy Pt. Park on Lake Travis. Although
we didn't have any luck, we had a group of 7 Franklin's Gulls come into
roost on the island south of the point. I thought this was interesting, and
worth sharing. I assume this a group of early south-bound migrants.

The continuing Osprey was also still around.
