Hi Randy,
The Surf Scoter continues at Hornsby as of this morning, west side of Pond 2.
The WWSCs appear to have taken off. No positive reports from Sunday or today.
Best,
Arman

Hi All,
Any reports on the Scoters for today, Monday? I am cutting work early to head
that way.

Hi folks,
There were two White-winged Scoter present this afternoon at Hornsby Bend,
east of Austin, TX. Both birds stayed next to one another and were present
until at least 5pm. The immature male Surf Scoter was also present along with
a Ross's Goose.
The scoters favored the west side of Pond 2 but both WWSC picked up and flew
at least twice to the eastern side of the pond. The goose favored the east
side of Pond 2.
Good birding,
Arman
