[texbirds] There is no "Rareness" Test for TEXBIRDS

TEXBIRDers,
This keeps rearing its ugly head, but I keep getting reports of
TEXBIRDer's getting chastised off list because the birds they are
posting aren't "rare" enough.
I'll post it one more time...
Any post about a Texas bird is permitted on TEXBIRDS. Its not for just
the rare birds, its for all Texas birds.
That said, when you do make a post, you do imply that you're willing
for people to disagree with you and you must accept that some will
actually contact you about that.
If someone claims a bird isn't rare enough simply ignore them. Engage
them at your own risk
