[texbirds] TOS Photo Pool

Just a question. Does TOS have a photo pool that photographers can donate to?
If not, can one be created? It seems like it would be a good idea if TOS
could collect photos that would be available for use in books, brochures, and
other publications that TOS puts out without having to make last minute
requests. TOS could publish a list of wanted species on their web site, so
photographers would know what species should be submitted. They could provide
a photo release form that photographers could fill out giving TOS permission to
use their photos without compensation.
