[texbirds] Sunday road closures on Galveston and San Luis Pass

The San Luis pass will be closed from about 7am sunday morning until
sometime after 1pm that afternoon. All birders and others have to stop to
allow some people to ride around on bicycles wearing funny hats. There will
be a real tie-up with traffic since there is limited notice except near the
san luis bridge itself but as the sign says expect lots of delays. Will not
help keep the roughleg on his perch.
