[texbirds] San Bernard and Freeport CBC Dates

TexBirders,
The San Bernard NWR CBC will be on Friday, December 19th this year - its
"normal" day. However, the Freeport count will NOT be on its normal first
Sunday of the count period as we could not find a hall to hold the countdown
dinner that day. It will instead be on Sunday December 21st this year. More
details to follow.
