[texbirds] Rufous took a chilly bath

On this chilly morning, I just watched a Rufous (probably, either fem or juv
male) take a bath in my manual water drip.
It sat on one of the flat rocks in the dish and as water from the drip
splashed, it set its head down on the rock, turning it from side to side and
flapping its wings.
