Hi Texbirders,

As you all know, birds usually face into the wind to avoid their 
feathers being blown askew.

Here's what happens when they don't do that.

This Reddish Egret on Sportsman Road in Galveston was hunkered down 
in the weeds today, with a very strong south wind.

Unfortunately he was facing north instead of south.
