Margret and I got our lifer GRPC at a place then called "Woodham's Ranch" in
Dickenson in
1970. We saw them again in 2003 at The Nature Conservancy's preserve in
Dickenson (this
may be the same place). I think this was an Ornithology Group field trip led by
Bob Ohmart.

Hello everyone,
Do any of you old timers in the Houston area remember a location close to
Houston on someone's farm which had a lek in their back yard?

I remember going to someone's house with my Dad and sitting in the kitchen
watching the PC's boom and dance.

Just curious.

Thanks!
