There was a front-page story in the Corpus Christi Caller-Times today about
Phyllis Yochem, who has written the birding column in that paper for umpteen
years. In fact, it is the longest lived birding column still being published
in Texas! David Sikes, our award-winning outdoor columnist, penned the story
in advance of one to appear in the Texas Parks and Wildlife magazine next week.
When you see that little blue car with the license plate that reads "Aunque,"
you know you'll learn something valuable from the woman who emerges!
