[texbirds] My patch - so far

Greetings All:
The only birding I have done so far in my patch - I'm a working fellow - is my
yard and the drive from my house to work. This two mile stretch of Quaker
Street (and a little bit of 4th Street) passes by Maxey Park, some ponds at the
intersection of Quaker Avenue and the Martha Sharp Freeway, and the TTU HSC
fields - all in Lubbock. So far my first three days of feeder and route
birding have kicked out 41 species. This patch thingy might even prompt me to
get up a bit earlier so that I can stop and scan at a couple of good spots
along the way:)
