[texbirds] Immature Cowbird at Mineola Preserve, Wood County

I am posting this on behalf of Danny Pickens, who photographed this
immature cowbird on July 6 at the Mineola Nature Preserve, Wood County.
Matt White, Brush Freeman and I have looked at the photos, available at:

There is some disagreement as to whether this is the expected Brown-headed
Cowbird or if it could be an unprecedented Bronzed Cowbird, based primarily
on bill shape and size. We welcome any thoughts on the issue.
