We had it yesterday (Saturday the 13th); will post a full report later, but
it was quite birdy out there (Convention Centre and Sheepshead), with
highlights including Scarlet Tanager, Prothonotary Warbler, Louisiana
Waterthrush, Wood Thrush, Yellow-breasted Chat, female Painted Bunting, and
tons of
gorgeous Indigo Buntings!

It occurs to me that I haven't seen any posts about the Bullock's Oriole,
which was seen by quite a few birders at the Valley Land Fund lot on
Thursday afternoon. While not a rarity, I believe it is nevertheless an
infrequent visitor. If anyone wants to know if it is still here, I will
try
to find out for you.
