[texbirds] Big Year Update 293 species

I used the little window of opportunity to head down to the Quintana
Jetty to work on my big year before the rain started. No Scoters were
seen (actually only a very few ducks) but was successful for seabirds.
I did have a Northern Gannet plus Sandwich and Common Tern.
Bonaparte's Gulls were also putting on a show, there were about 30

I picked up a pair of Franklin's Gulls at my local retention pond,
Brunswick Lake also.
