[texbirds] Banded piping plovers

Over the last couple of weeks, I have had 5 latish piping plovers on
bolivar. 3 were banded.
1 banded last November at Bolivar flats and was still there
1 banded in June 2008 was at Bolivar
1 banded as a 1 day old chick in June 2013 was and still is at Rollover
pass.
Wonder if all piping plovers will be banded someday.
