I'm running the same case with a P4 2.8, 1Gb RAM, 5900XT, 36Gb Raptor, 
120Gb Samsung 7200rpm, a Samsung DVD/CDRW combo, and a Liteon Dual Layer 
DVD writer.  I'm hitting the limit of the 12v on the PSU though, because 
if I crank the speed on the CPU up to 3.5GHz, the 12v drops wildly.  I 
recon this machine when running full melt could use a good 25A of 12v - 
more than the Antec supply is capable of.

I doubt it's the PSU to be honest, the XP3200 doesn't draw much current 
compared to the P4.

You've sacrificed 3 virgin chickens on the first full moon on the 
summer, and prayed to the driver gods of VIA, I'm assuming?
