[TechAssist] zenith relay chatering fly making nosie

i am workingon a mld# SL3543RK board#9-1270-02 picture bouncing off and
on the relay is clicking on/off making a chatering noise the fly back
making funny noise from inside sound like an arcking but it not the picture
is fine until that start up and it dont stop
