Did you try the esd techtips there Ed? Just last week a fellow posted for
the phone number and address for them. They seem to be a good tips program.
I like it better than winstips.

im looking for a tech tip data base to carry with me on a laptop, are the
winstips good? Do they cover camcorders, and vcr's, or just tv's? Or is
