[TechAssist] windows 98 task bar

I have a customer that just brought in a computer that the task bar on the
bottom & L/H side is missing. I can find the opening screen ie start, run,
setting, documents on the R/H top side, but can`t move them to where they
belong. I cant drag or drop as they seem fixed. I have never had this
problem before that i couldn`t move the bar. Any ideas? All help
appreciated. Larry
