[TechAssist] toshiba projo 50h72 chassis tac0262 horiz problem

the cust said started gruadually getting worse . I thought it was a cap but I
have esr every cap in power supply It has like a cristmas tree defect very hard
to explain. this has been dog week here at perdomo tv. bplus is normal. any
ideas willl be greatly appreciated
