[TechAssist] toshbia tp4871b no raster has sound

I AM WORKING ON A TOSHIBA TP4871, it has sound, filament are light on crt's,
but I have no raster. turn the screen controls up still no raster. Anyone
have any ideas? Thanks Avery.
