[TechAssist] symphonic-WF1901-clicks-dead

If I momentarily inject a horiz drive signal in the base of the HOT the set
comes on and works fine.Does anybody know the horiz osc start-up path on this
funi 19 inch tv? Customer dont want to pay for a manual and I don't have any
schematic.
