[TechAssist] swony model kp43t70 high voltage comes up and off

Working on this model kp43t70 Sony. Has sound and the b+ is right and stays
on but the high voltage comes up and goes off. I thought it was the flyback
but no deal. Any ideas will be helpful. Thanks Avery
