[TechAssist] sony KV-32FS100 problem

Hi all.
I have a sony KV_32FS-100 in the shop.
Complaint is dead.
It attempts to fire and you can hear a burst of HV.
Led flashes 15 times then 2 quick flashes and repeats.
Check scan diodes off fly and replaced fly. Same problem
