[TechAssist] samsung txm2756 snowy on some channels

HI,Have this 27"tv come in with broken rf connector.replaced the
connector now tv has these problems ch 2-6 are clear ch 7-48 are snow ch49-99
are clear again.checked tuner and all connections.ok no print need
help.
