[TechAssist] resister value needed!

I am insearch of the value of a resistor. The resistor is listed as R004 in the 
power up section next to the relay.

This resistor is from a Sanyo TV 27"
The model # for this TV is DS25830
The chassis# for this TV is 25830-00-that is what is listed on the back of the 
TV anyway!

If someone has a print for this model, or maybe an old board that has the 
resistor still intact. Can you please reference the value for me.
