[TechAssist] ptv 835 no high voltage has sound

I went to this house 2 days ago. the problem was a dead set no standby found
c924 2 kv cap blown up replaced it. set worked. cust called me back 2 days
later went back now the set turns on and has audio but no high voltage has
anybody seen this. I have b plus on both q 906 and q802. no drive on base of
either q906 or q 802 any help would be greatly appreciated
