[TechAssist] proscan no video

Iam working on a model ps52682 proscan chassis ctc170ac. Replaced the high
voltage block, Set comes on with raster, no video no audio, it has menu
display.
Has anyone ran in to this problem before? Could the pip module be the
problem, if so does anyone have good one they would sell? Thanks Avery.
