[TechAssist] need part number Mitsubishi CS35403 IC 503

Set came in dead, repaired power supply board Z501 8 amp pico fuse and open
trace path(lightning) now relay clicks but IC503 is burned and cannot read.
Any help greatly appreciated on an id or sub. Thanks
