[TechAssist] mitsubishi vs60603 video inputs ok, tuners raster only

Help!!
I have a Mitsubishi vs60603. I am tempted to replace both tuners. I have
a good audio and video when I use the video inputs. When I use the tuners
all I get is raster. Has anyone seen this problem?
