I would try other inputs and bypass jungle ic, i.e. svideo or component
input.A 1080i signal bypasses allot of things.
You should change capacitor c2l04 .47uf@10v off pin 29 of ic2l00 on the
terminal pcb.You will notice that the pip and component inputs are not
effected with your trouble.
