Your Q1 Red Amp, is running close to saturation and drawing too much
current. Try zero biasing it by shorting emitter to base and see if the
collector voltage goes toward the B+ source, If it does, the transistor is
good and look for problem in the biasing circuit. If it remains low, remove
the crt socket and recheck. If it's still low, the transistor is shorted.
