[TechAssist] fix Re: BroksonicCTSGT-9369CTT20" TVCR combi. HOT shorted. other?

As suggested, I tried a "standard" type HOT. I took a 2SD1555 (NTE2331 equiv),
bent the outside pins inward to fit in the holes. The set runs with perfect
operation, and my HOT is cold.
I just performed an upgrade!
