DC offset &idle current are two much different parameters:run the AC way down
to approx. 30VAC.If you need to short the turn-on relay, then do so and then
check voltages by former knowledge or mirror the good channel.

do you have dc voltage on the emitters of the output transistors?
If so you still need to keep changing parts.
When I have a blown channel I usually just change all the outputs, drivers
and small signal transistors. The I check around looking for open resistors,
bad caps etc.
Dont forget to check your emitter resistors.

Hi
I have a Denon AVR-900

Found and replaced the following shorted transistors with origional part

TR316 2SD667
TR314 2SC1815
Unit still gos into protect but doed no damage to the unit.
I do not have a drawing so if someone has a history on this unit or a
