Guy,
I'd like for you to rethink what you wrote to Phillip. He didn't give
the location number or the value of the cap. O.K., but he provided a
good start. Remember, he did narrow it down with an approximate physical
location.
Sometimes, in a desire to be helpful, we provide the best our memory can
supply and hope it helps out. We may not be at the shop and must rely on
memory only and cannot be more specific. When I'm in the kennel with a
dog, I'm thankful for <any> help offered.
I have been guilty of reacting unkindly in the past. Just try to
remember that once the "Send" key is pushed, it's gone. Hopefully, this
is what happened to you.
One more thing. Please use both upper- and lower-case characters. It is
much more pleasant.
