John,
Service Menu.... Press and hold menu button until the user menu
disappears, then press 9-8-7-6 enter....Scroll thru menu and select factory
mode, there scroll thru to #11 that's the Vert size.. When adjustment is
complete...Push enter..Last step.. in customer menu set any time on clock
set, this takes set out of factory mode, AND MUST BE DONE FOR PROPER
OPERATION....Above adjustments made using Zenith remote with up/down side to
side adjust buttons...
