Morning if my memory serves me right they had a special jumper that went to
open connector in about the middle of the PCB 9-149 and I think it as N to
P.
gave my papers away so cant really double check for you but this should do
it.

Subject: [TechAssist] Zenith SZ2549P Space Phone bypass

Does anyone remember how to bypass this module? It's a 9-149-01 space phone
module and if it is bypassed the sound will work again. Right now the sound
works for about 5 minutes then fades out and I seem to remember it was the
space phone module that causes this and there was a way to bypass it but I
can't remember and Zenith tech's don't remember either. It also uses a 9-214
module.
