If is making this noise then shutting down, Q3410 may need to be replaced, or the insulator around it, and also resolder audio board. Sorry I have no PN on Q3410, I'm sure someone else may have it. I didn't have any of those modules listed, but that may mean they are just too new. -Clint God Bless Us All Clint Hamilton, Owner http://OrpheusComputing.com sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fax: 209-882-9602 TechAssist Administration http://tech-assist.org techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (PLEASE include previous correspondence if replying to this email!!) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shoreline Electronics" <jstielau@xxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, November 07, 2001 7:47 AM Subject: [TechAssist] Zenith SS6512H Crackling Audio Make : Zenith Model : SS6512H Modules : 9-959-01 & 9-98801 Problem : Customer called and complains of static noise/crackling audio.
