Bob,it's out the door now. It was completely dead, no chirp,etc when
plugged in,SMPS dead.
The 100mfd/25V PS capacitor brought it back to life and worked ok after
replacing.I found the fix in my Tech-CD and tried that before going
further.It ESR'd OK but out of ckt measured about 50 mfd,so was down by
half.
