is focus Good with the Lenses removed ???
careful,I'm not sure about this model,but I ran in to a Philips Mag once where
removing the Lens opened the Coolant Chamber,and coolant poured out.

Anyway,I always adjust the focus controls with the Lens' removed,then if
focus is bad with the lens' re-installed,the mechanical Lens adjustment 
mentioned is necessary
