Well guys.  The bulletin and the service menu were both wrong.  The only way
to get into the service menu on this set is with the service remote
#105-210M   It's simple enough.  Press the in/start button and its very easy
from there for the RGB adjustments.  I was able to get rid of the blue hue
for normal viewing---but apparently these sets suck for trying to get a
black or dark pic without the blue hue (compared side by side to rca/sony)
