Set when turned on has low rumble in audio, no appricaiable HV
start and the high watt B+ resistor heats up. MAin filter caps test ok, on
secondary side of power supply standby B+ is reading 124V turn on B+ is
74V. Tried disconecting jumper suppling VCC to vert IC no effect. I have
seen a few mentions that this may be a common problem if so what did I miss
? (procedure sheet?) Hot mail incresed attachment size limit upto 10 meg.
