[TechAssist] Zenith 32V23-82 Has no keyboard or remote functions

This TV is on all the time can't do anything with
keyboard or remote plays ok on the channel that its
on. You have to unplug for it to power down plug in
comes back on same channel. I am not sure where to
start, anyone have a tip on this one? Thanks Ben
